I was born to very shy, low self-esteem parents and needless to say this too became my plight.
I married early in life without knowing about myself. I went through a divorce after twenty years of marriage and four children. Life was a struggle. I lived by others whims, and others wants.
After my divorce I was forced into the workforce, after being a stay at home mom. I went but with agonizing pain, taking those first steps, getting those first jobs. Many of those jobs I hated even though the money was good. I lived weekend to weekend, hating the days in-between.
Also being overweight for many years and losing that weight, I started to discover wonderful things about myself. I have been on a constant journey, and I have found this journey to be a dance. I have come to this place saying “What a wealth of knowledge that has been given to me”. I can now get out of my bed in the mornings and say “Oh Yes”!
My path has led me to help other women on their journeys, discovering their true inner selves.
My training with Martha Beck, Life Coach, best selling author and monthly columnist for Oprah magazine, has given me the tools to be your guide on your journey. I am also a student of Byron Katie’s “The Work”, which dissolves all those inner yapping voices that hold us back. I also use the Law of Attraction in my practice, and in my life.
“The tragedy of life is not in the fact of death, but in what dies inside of you while you live”, Norman Cousins.
I will no longer accept that death inside of me.
May there be life, joy, creativity, and peace for your Journey Dance today.
